Pay Information: $180K - $220K
Location: Remote first work environment with occasional travel and in office meetings

How the Director contributes:
- Develops and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize user adoption and usage.
- Identifies potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develops specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
- Identifies tradeoffs and processes changes required for new system usage. Develops (or ensures development of) new processes and communicates to users.
- Works collaboratively with business and IT leaders, translating business objectives into system architecture and selection of systems.
- Collaborates regularly across the organization to understand business needs, priorities, and how technology can support the objectives.
- Facilitates communication of business objectives to IT team members who can translate objectives into system requirements.
- Tracks the completion of requests to ensure needs are met, follows-up to check on status and progress using the system, and gathers feedback to improve IT operations.
- Serves as a business project manager to coordinate the completion of deliverables by cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Develops and executes communication plans to keep employees informed about upcoming changes and the reasons behind them.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in IT project management, IT program management AND 3 years of experience in IT Organizational Change Management, or IT leadership.
- Experience building and delivering communications about complex technology processes or systems to every-day users
- Ability to understand business objectives and the current capabilities of technology in order to identify gaps and communicate gaps to IT professionals.
- Experience partnering with organizational leaders to create and lead change management and communications strategy
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- PROSCI or other change management certification
- Experience working with senior departmental and organizational leadership
